Under Georgia Code Title 43, Chapter 38, private investigative work requires state licensure. CTT Global™ remains in full compliance by operating within the scope of protective intelligence and security consulting, not as a licensed investigative agency. We make no representations as investigators and do not conduct investigative services as defined by law.

All work performed by our VISTA™ framework and WatchLine™ teams is directed toward risk mitigation, protective operations, and early intervention—not criminal investigation or litigation support.
