CIRCUIT™ is the foundational operating framework that guides how CTT Global™ studies, assesses, coordinates, and influences complex human ecosystems.
It serves as the foundation upon which every ecosystem influence capability developed by CTT Global™ is built.
Originally developed through the counter-exploitation mission space, CIRCUIT™ has evolved into a universal framework for understanding how complex human ecosystems function, how conditions shape outcomes, and how stakeholders can influence meaningful and sustainable change.
