What We Do

Understand Systems. Build Capability. Create Lasting Impact.™

CTT Global™ develops ecosystem influence capabilities.

Every framework, doctrine, assessment, program, and operational methodology we develop exists to build the capabilities organizations need to understand systems, influence conditions, and create lasting impact.

Those capabilities help leaders, organizations, and communities understand and influence the ecosystems that produce and sustain threats, vulnerabilities, exploitation, and other complex human challenges.

The CIRCUIT™ Stack organizes these capabilities into an integrated architecture that helps organizations understand how ecosystems work, understand how specific ecosystems produce outcomes, and develop the capability required to influence the conditions that sustain them.

Through ecosystem assessment, intelligence development, stakeholder coordination, operational capability execution, and ecosystem design, we help organizations move beyond reacting to symptoms and toward understanding and influencing the systems that produce them.

Every capability we develop is grounded in a simple principle:

If we want different outcomes, we must understand and influence the systems producing them.

Designing Systems That Influence Systems.™

Understanding Ecosystems

Threats, vulnerabilities, and outcomes rarely exist in isolation.

Whether the challenge involves safety, resilience, exploitation, violence, education, workforce development, organizational performance, or community wellbeing, visible problems are often the result of deeper ecosystem conditions operating beneath the surface.

Conditions create outcomes.

Every ecosystem is shaped by conditions across six interconnected domains—people, environments, stakeholders, threats, processes, and organizations. Together, these domains influence risk, vulnerability, opportunity, and ultimately outcomes.

To influence outcomes, we must first understand the ecosystem producing them.

This principle forms the foundation of ecosystem understanding—and the first step toward building the capability to understand systems, influence conditions, and create lasting impact.

Ecosystems Exist Everywhere

Ecosystems are not limited to nature.

They exist wherever people, environments, stakeholders, threats, processes, and organizations interact to produce outcomes.

A football team is an ecosystem.

A school is an ecosystem.

A business is an ecosystem.

A healthcare network is an ecosystem.

A community is an ecosystem.

A trafficking network is an ecosystem.

The actors may change.

The conditions may change.

The outcomes may change.

But the underlying ecosystem principles remain remarkably consistent.

Understanding how those interactions shape outcomes is the first step toward influencing them.

Real Ecosystems Are Complex

Most ecosystems are far more complex than they initially appear.

The threats, vulnerabilities, and outcomes we observe are often only the visible expression of a much larger network of relationships, dependencies, incentives, resources, behaviors, and conditions operating beneath the surface.

What appears to be a single problem is often the product of multiple interconnected factors influencing one another over time.

Understanding those relationships is the first step toward understanding systems, influencing conditions, and creating lasting impact.

From Understanding to Influence

Understanding a system is only the beginning.

Through the CIRCUIT™ Stack, CTT Global™ develops the ecosystem influence capabilities leaders, organizations, and communities need to move from understanding to action by integrating a universal ecosystem influence framework, ecosystem-specific doctrine, and execution capabilities designed to create lasting impact.

The framework builds ecosystem understanding capability by explaining how ecosystems work and how they can be influenced. Doctrine builds ecosystem doctrine and intelligence capability by helping stakeholders understand how a specific ecosystem operates, adapts, sustains itself, and produces outcomes. Execution builds the operational capability required to transform that understanding into coordinated action.

By understanding the ecosystems that enable threats, vulnerabilities, and exploitation to persist, stakeholders can better identify the conditions shaping outcomes, coordinate efforts across organizations, and intentionally influence meaningful change.

This progression helps organizations move beyond reaction and toward understanding, beyond isolated efforts and toward coordinated action, and beyond temporary interventions and toward sustainable capability.

Because understanding systems creates insight.

Influencing conditions creates impact.

Building capability creates lasting impact.

Designing Systems That Influence Systems.™

The goal is not simply to understand threats.

The goal is to build the capability to understand systems, influence conditions, and create lasting impact.

Through the CIRCUIT™ Stack, CTT Global™ develops the ecosystem influence capabilities leaders, organizations, and communities need to understand systems, reduce vulnerability, strengthen coordination, and create lasting impact.

Because meaningful change rarely occurs by reacting to symptoms alone.

It occurs when ecosystems are understood, stakeholders are aligned, conditions are influenced, and capabilities are developed to sustain improvement over time.
